Objective: (1) To
prove your knowledge of the grammatical concepts taught in Grammar Notes
#1-7 (STANDARD L.1, L.2), and (2) To be
exposed to the format of the SAT reading test and to learn some strategies for
timed reading tests. (STANDARD RI.1-4/RL.1-4)
Success Criteria: (1) Students
will show mastery by using their Grammar Notes #1-7 and past quizzes to earn at
least an 80% on the Grammar Midterm Quiz, and (2) Students will
show mastery by practicing one reading strategy independently and evaluating
their success.
