Success Criteria: (1) Students will show mastery by using the course syllabus as a resource. (2) Students will show mastery by changing the content of the passage but keeping the structure.

1.      Welcome and Syllabus – 50 min

2.      1st BLOCK ONLY: (Optional 10 points extra credit, due Friday at midnight) Google Classroom "assignment" - 20 min

3.      Notebook: Icy describing a fever – 20 min

4.      5th BLOCK ONLY: Time to shop my classroom library for Choice Book - 10 min 

Assessment: NONE

Homework: Decorated notebook by Monday; Select a Choice Novel by Wednesday
